Free Flow - February Workshop
Join Kimberley for 'Free Flow Friday', a mini mental health workshop exploring the self awareness technique.

About the Event
This online workshop is a one hour session exploring the therapeutic benefits of free flow writing. Get your pens and paper ready for this reflective and supportive session!
Drawing upon this art therapy inspired method, you will discover:
- How to connect with feelings and thoughts
- Unlock creative thought
- Utilise the technique in the everyday
7pm - 7:15pm: Introduction to the session and setting expectations
7:15pm - 7:25pm: What is free flow writing?
7:25pm - 7:40pm: Exploring the free flow exercise
7:40pm - 7:50pm: Reflective summary
7:50pm - 8:00pm: Q&A and discussion

More about the facilitator:
Hi, my name is Kimberley Robinson and I am the founder of Keep Real, a mental health business for good here in Yorkshire. Having delivered workshops and events over the last 3 years, I hope my degree in counselling, personal experience and active work within health and wellbeing will support in understanding why utilising creativity can support your mental health.
Over the years I have facilitated workshops and worked with some wonderful folk such as the University of Leeds, Twitter, Sky UK, The Women's Org, Mind and NHS Leeds to name a few.
