Not only has this year marked our one year anniversary, but as a business we have been selected as 1 out of 15 of the North's most exciting social enterprises sparking social change in the community by the almighty Red Bull Amaphiko. Red Bull not only deliver and support extreme sports; from mountain biking, racing, surfing and skating, but also give wings to social entrepreneurs around the world with 'Amaphiko'.
It is the first time Red Bull Amaphiko has been to the UK, and our founder Kimberley was lucky enough to represent Keep Real at the bootcamp this October!
The bootcamp provided insight into some incredible already existing enterprises in the UK, sharing their knowledge and best practice to support all our ideas.
So what's next for us?
As we deliver more workshops, creating supportive materials around mental health and sign post the community to services, we're hoping to make a larger scale impact. We want to create a month long pop-up store packed full of events, workshops and talks from the best.
