The event Kimberley provided for our students tackled stress management through creative techniques, giving students

practical approaches they can easily embed in everyday life.

I would thoroughly recommend Keep Real, providing fantastic content in a human and

engaging way.

We had the enormous pleasure of collaborating with Kimberley for an event that Sky hosted on mental health and its importance.

She was very warm and engaging, providing some lovely practical elements throughout.

We’ve had lots of positive feedback and we’d love to work with Kimberley and Keep Real in the future, it was an absolute pleasure!

Kimberley contributed a depth of knowledge and expertise to our panel discussion with clarity, confidence and, above all, compassion.

Her commitment and passion to widening the discussion around mental health and ensuring people are able to overcome their own struggles is clear to see.

We hope to work with her again in the future!

Keep Real has been a passionate advocate for wellbeing in Leeds City Region and beyond.

We are indebted to Kimberley for her support in enabling us to create "Young People, Creativity and Mental Health" conference in 2019.

In 2020 we have been able to link Keep Real with universities, arts and creative organisations to develop new arts and health projects. We look forward to continue to working together!
