Real Good Mental Health, Since 2017.
Keep Real formed back in 2017 after founder Kimberley completed her degree in Counselling; addressing the growing concern of mental health issues in the community.
The arts can help keep us well, aid our recovery and support longer lives better lived.
From attending a Keep Real event with musicians and makers, signing up to a wellbeing workshop or tuning in to the podcast, Keep Real aims to support better mental health and wellbeing through a variety of interventions.
